RETURNS
1) For all the online orders that do not satisfy customers, Gandhara will refund the whole amount without any reason or justification; unless the item is returned within the below listed times (see Point 2) and in its original conditions, which means: garment, box and tag intact and clean.
Same conditions are to be applied in case customers request for exchange.
2) In case of return, customers will have to communicate within 14 days from the delivery. Returns will have to occur within 30 days from the day it has been communicated.
3) Return fees are on Gandhara just for Italy; on customers for the rest of the world.
4) Once got back the item, Gandhara will examinate its conditions (see Point 1). If all of them comply with the listed policies, will proceed with the refund or the exchange.
5) In case one or more conditions listed in the Point 1 are only partially or not at all complied, Gandhara will reserve the right to reduce the amount due or to not refund at all.
